My wife and live in the adjoined house with our two young children. She is an anthropologist and I am a woodworker and carpenter.
Why the Owner Chose Chapel Hill
We both came to Chapel Hill, although separately, to attend grad school in 1998. Carrboro became out home and we decided to have a family here. We built the apartment addition onto our house for extra income and to increase downtown density.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
From our property, you can walk to the downtown area and shop, hang out on the Weaver St. Market lawn, go see a show at Cat's Cradle or the Arts Center, have diner at one of many restaurants, buy local produce at the farmers' market, or get coffee at one of three coffee shops.
