Our home has many beautiful sunsets and private relaxing and reading areas. You will love the garden that is cared for by the owners.
We have lived in our home for over 25 years. Since our children have married, we have converted some bedrooms to an office and utility room. Our home is best suitable for adults. We have large screen TV's in the family room and master bedroom and smaller TV's in the kitchen and spare bedroom. Breakfast and dinner can be taken outside under the electric heater, if needed. A BBQ is available for special evenings in which to enjoy the sunsets.

Year Purchased: 1976
My wife is a writer and I am a retired business owner. We have lived in our home for over 25 years. We travel extensively and sometimes make our home available when we travel. We have five adult, married children and eleven grandchildren. Some of our children live in nearby communities. We enjoy travel, golf, racquetball, lawn bowling, hiking, volunteering, writing and reading. Many of our evenings are spent barbecuing and viewing the ocean, golf course and sunset from our secluded back yard.
Why the Owner Chose Corona del Mar
We did not purchase our home as a vacation rental, however, it did turn out to be a vacation home for us. We feel this is better then many vacation rentals. Here you have the luxury of a vacation area as well as the comfort of a beautiful home on a cul-de-sac in a safe, quite neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Most of all you well enjoy the spectacular garden and the special sunsets. Our home has been on city garden tours and has been enjoyed by many guest. Both the front and back yard have quiet sitting areas for reading or resting and enjoying the garden. Our home is one level and easy to navigate.
