South of 30A, 4 bedroom/3-1/2 bath, sleeps 14, 3500 square feet includes game room with pool table, ping-pong, foosball, putting green, and hard-wire internet connectivity.

All four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have 15 foot ceilings, ceiling fans and concrete floors. The master suite has a king bed, 2 chest of drawers, TV, 2 bedside tables with lamps, 2 closets and a private bathroom with double vanity sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, bedside table and lamp and private bath with Jacuzzi tub/shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, bench, bedside table with lamp and dresser. The children's room has 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a trundle bed for a total of six twin beds, dresser and a TV. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects the queen and the bunk rooms, each having private sink/toilet area and a shared walk-in shower.

On the second floor, the large living area with soaring ceilings gives an open airy feeling, while the warm woods of the floors, beams, and moldings lend a homey and old-time touch reminiscent of beach homes gone by. The open kitchen, living area with fireplace and dining area are also located on the second level, with a window seat with twin mattress and twin trundle bed. Cooks of any level of proficiency will find the kitchen to be well apportioned with stainless appliances, gas range, frig with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. Spacious porches are outfitted with numerous Adirondack chairs allowing outdoor relaxation. Enjoy the hammock or hot tub. Gas grill off kitchen.

The third level is the game room which features a pool table, optional ping pong top, foosball table, TV for gaming use, VCR, mini frig and putting green. It provides tons of fun and spectacular gulf views from the balcony, a great place to take in the sunset over the gulf while sitting in the tall deck chairs. Parking for up to 3 cars (third car will block in other 2 cars).
