Overlooks the action area of the Village (including their Movies Under the Stars events). The Condo is steps from the gondola which drops you right at Canyon Lodge- no driving and no shuttles. Stay warm with underground heated parking and ski lockers, with easy access to the elevators leading up to your room. 3rd bedroom features a large (twin over full) bunk bed with trundle and its own bath. With the Fold-out in the living room you can sleep 6 in addition to the 2 masters with King beds and their own baths. Master bedrooms features over-sized bath tubs for relaxing after a great day on the slopes, separate glass shower, and his-and-her sinks. The 3rd bathroom is in the hall across from the middle bedroom. All three bathrooms have hair dryers.
Transportation to Vons or the City center is available every 15 minutes allowing you to park your car in the covered garage below and enjoy every minute of your vacation without the need to drive anywhere. If you prefer to totally stay in the village, there is that option also due to the Busy Bee General Store, the Deli, the restaurants, and the stores giving the feeling of complete comfort when vacationing in this condo.
The condominium comes furnished with everything: all linens, utensils, pots, pans, awesome kitchen with granite countertops, and appliances. There are TV’s and DVD’s in every room. The Child friendly room has a VHS player to accompany the Television.
Here is another plus: you don’t have to bring video’s or DVD’s with you as we have a nice assortment of tapes and DVD’s in the TV hutch. There are also games to play in the hutch. There is a book case with books in the corner of the family room with a Stereo that will allow you to plug in your Itouch, Iphone, or similar for your own special blend. We have left a few nice CD’s in this unit that can be played in the Stereo as well.
FOR THE YOUNG OR THE YOUNG AT HEART
If this wasn’t enough already, there is an Arcade in the Grand Sierra lodge. The 3 or 4 Arcade games work well and are reasonably priced (50 cents or one dollar).
MAMMOTH - The Skiing and Snowboarding at Mammoth is Great. The Village at Mammoth is Mammoth's newest hot spot and there is a 90% occupancy factor related to the retail shops and restaurants NOW. The Property Management has a new and aggressive approach to making the Village what it was intended to be. The ski back trail is open should you wish to do “Ski In” at the Village. I personally like relaxing on the Gondola after a tough day skiing. The Village has entertainment for kids, shopping for the family and a variety of restaurants, wine bar, and hot spots including the new White Bark Bar and Restaurant.

- Ski-In : The Village Come back trail is officially open. For Skier's it is lots of fun and let's you off near the Check in at Grand Sierra Lodge. You pick it up off Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge
- Ski-Out : The Village is not on the Slopes, but it does have a Gondola which travels one mile over town to the Canyon Lodge Lifts. You can either ski back to the Village or take the gondola back . Staying in the Village delivers all of the benefits of ski in ski out access plus the added benefit of being at the shops and restaurants without having to drive or shuttle anywhere. If you do want to leave the Village, Mammoth has free shuttle service throughout town.

Why the Owner Chose Lincoln House
We chose Mammoth because it is simply our favorite place to ski. We chose the Village because it is better than Ski-in Ski-out as it allows us a night life we would not have if we stayed in a traditional ski-in ski-out. Great for couples renting the place and perfect for families with children. We have 3 children and they have fallen in love with Mammoth and our condo. We use the condo at least once per year. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Checking weather from our family room is a plus when it is stormy. I use the computer from our wireless internet as a double check. Using the Media room and the Arcade is special for the children. Usually during the big holidays, Color me mine is here in the village. There is a huge amount of programming provided by Mammoth and it happens right in the Village. New Flight services from Los Angeles(2/day), San Francisco, Reno and San Jose are going to allow your friends to meet you here more easily. The heated sidewalks keep snow removed or minimized and this is special too.

My wife and I love the outdoors and we skied together before we married. I love to Sail and she loves to do Girl Scouts and helps me out to do Cub Scouts with our Son. We love spending weekends together in Catalina or in Mammoth.

stayed here for a three day weekend of snowboarding with 11 people and could not have been happier with the place. Location, luxuriousness, ammenities, parking situation and sleeping situation were all top notch. the place is a very roomy 1850 square feet with a nice open layout that lets people in the kitchen and the dining room and the living room area socialize together. Kitchen has plenty of room and cooking utensils for home meals, as well as a dishwasher and well sized fridge. Granite countertops and a large dining table bring things together nicely. there was also a nice sound system/ipod dock in the living room which came in handy. The bedrooms are large enough and the mattresses were comfortable. having three full bathrooms was very convenient as well. location was as good as it gets. the building is literally 30 feet from the gondola. the patio area overlooks it. close to the pool and hot tubs as well. also convenient are all the shops and restaurants in the near vacinity. if any extra food or drinks are needed they make it very easy to run in and out to grab. Key codes for entrance make it easy for a big group as well since not everyone has to have an actual physical key to get in and out. parking was close to the building and easy to find, and my one friend that came from the airport was dropped off right in front by the shuttle for free. the owner and property manager were very accomadating as well, quickly answering all my questions and returning my inquiries promptly. the staff that works the condo are friendly as well, helping with questions and any services we requested. The only negatives i would say is that the TV is not that large. also the washer and dryer were not working for us but are supposedly being fixed.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
