Our getaway cabin is conveniently located between Helen and Hiawassee to enjoy the activities in the North Georgia area. This cabin has wonderful open floor plan and fantastic views in a peaceful wooded setting. Just 20 minutes from the Alpine Village of Helen, 10 minutes to Hiawassee or Hayesville, N.C.; 30 minutes to Clayton or Blairsville. Take a day trip to the Smoky Mountains or hike the Appalachian Trail. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, fishing, waterfalls, rafting, boating, & hiking. Enjoy Lake Chatuge, Brasstown Bald, Georgia Mountain Fair, Brasstown Valley Resort, Antiques & Art Galleries, plus Georgia Wineries.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Joe & I furnished this home to be "Our Getaway" from work and family responsibilities. We added all the "Comforts of Home" and other recreational activities to enjoy while we are away. We love to start our stay with a few games of pool watching DVD's on the surround sound. Joe also brings goodies to grill, as he is an excellent cook! Enjoy the fireplace in the evening or relax in the hot tub, to unwind from the day.
