What more could you ask for after a busy day at the theme parks? Our Villa will make you feel at home from the moment you walk inside. It is 12 minutes away from Disney World and if you like Golf it's 4 minutes away from Greg Normans Golf Course. Shops, supermarkets, and many fantastic restaurants are also close by. Onsite facilities include basketball and tennis court, children’s recreation area, and nature trails.
We have a large family room which overlooks the pool area with patio doors. It has cable Television, DVD Player, VHS with lots of up to date movies and telephone with free international calls to Canada and US. We have a second family room with Television for you or your children.
The Dining Room has a large table so you can all have a lovely family meal together.
The Kitchen and breakfast area is open-plan, fully-equipped, dishwasher, microwave, coffee peculator, and much more. A separate utility room with washer and dryer.
This villa is fully air conditioned with five bedrooms (three master), one of which has direct access to the pool area. The house has one King-size bed, Two Queen-size beds, two bunk beds and two double beds.
The large swimming pool (Heated) with extended pool area and Jacuzzi is fully screened. The South West-facing design means the maximum amount of sun all day long. Pool also has security fencing for the children which gives you peace of mind. Luxury pool furnishings are provided so you can relax in comfort. After a long day out in the park either sunbath on the extra decking area or just sit under the covered patio watching the children swim and play. Sit back, relax and enjoy.

Why the Owner Chose Calabay Parc
We love Disney so much; we have decided to purchase that lovely house. Calabay Parc is a prestigious community, with beautiful houses and near everything. We were looking for a spacious home since we love to travel with members of the family ''Grand-parents, cousins, baby sitter, are children’s friends''. We also love the weather of Orlando, particularly the low and mid season, it is fresh at night and sunny enough during the day. The central location of Orlando protects us from any strong storms. Also, if we want to enjoy the beach it is only 75 min. away (Tampa and Daytona Beach).
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love the tranquility and safety of Calabay parc, the beautiful sunset, the pool and spa! The pool area is just steps from the living room we tend to use it so much more! The bicycle ride and games. The morning breakfast together just like at home. The space and nice energy of our home is amazing... When we spent time in Calabay, we could just forget about are home town!
