Welcome to our Luxurious, five star, 5 Bedroom Vacation Villa, which has been completely renovated, decorated and refurnished in October 2009 using the services of an interior decorator. The top quality, beautiful furnishings are all brand new – this home really has everything !
The "Fantastic and soothing Villa" features two King master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one Queen bedroom and two Twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have a 19 inch flat screen TV and the kid’s room has an X-box 360 with games. The living room has a 46 inch full HD flat screen TV with a Blue-ray player and home theatre sound system. The cable TV system includes over 250 channels as well as over 40 music channels and FREE, high speed wireless internet access. There is also unlimited FREE telephone calling to the USA and Canada.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features all new appliances including a range, side-by-side fridge/freezer with automatic cubed ice, crushed ice and iced water dispenser. The large enclosed pool is partly fenced and landscape to ensure privacy. The Games Room features a 6' pool table, a foosball table, air hockey and electronic dartboard.
The villa is ideally located off of Highway 192, with a variety of shops, supermarkets, fine restaurants and other area attractions. Indian Creek is only 5 minutes (3 miles) from Disney World's main gate and a short drive from Orlando airport.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Creek
A friend introduced us to this new opportunity to own a piece of land in Indian Creek and upon visiting his house, we immediately though that this was a great idea ! The neighborhood is very well maintained and the proximity to Disney and shops/restaurant makes it an ideal vacation location. Living in a house after a busy day at Disney is really relaxing and allows you to recharge your batteries for the next day of adventure !
The Unique Benefits at this House
After purchasing the villa in 2009, with the help of an interior designer, we spent approximately a month renovating, decorating and furnishing our new home - everything in the villa is brand new and top quality! The home is spotless, bright and sunny so that you know you're on vacation the moment you enter. Every bedroom has comfortable mattresses, and most have flat-screen TVs. We love to watch movies on the 46" HD flat screen TV with home theater sound! The area around the swimming pool and garden is partly fenced in and landscape for privacy. We've tried to think of everything you may need to make your vacation more pleasurable. It's definitely a happy and relaxing home!

My family and I stayed here for 8 days and found this home to be a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Disney area has to offer. The home is beautiful and is well kept. It has everything you need, except a grill(the one that is outside is rusted and broke). Its location is on a quiet street off the beaten path, but close enough to everything you need. I have three children and their was plenty of room to relax and play. The pool was great and well kept. On our next Disney vacation, we will be sure to rent this home again.

We just returned from our stay in Orlando and this was the perfect spot to call home while in Florida. Only minutes away from Disney meant it was convenient, and a great place to come 'home' to after a long day in the park. Clean, bright, comfortable and cheerful!

We just returned from our 11 day vacation at your home. The house was truly magnificent and perfect. We ( 4 adults, 5 children) all enjoyed your place. It was in the perfect location for our Disney trip. It was super clean, kitchen was spacious, beds were awesome and the children loved the pool and hottub. It was a home away from home.

I just returned home from what I would have to say was one of the best vacation homes I have had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you for sharing your home and making it feel so comfortable! We hated to leave after our 2 week stay, and can't wait to return. Your home was spotless, the pool was perfect, location was wonderful, game room full of fun, and everything was better than expected. Pictures do not do this home justice. We have been staying in VBRO homes for vacation of 10 years and this one tops the list with affordablility and overall home away from home experience! We look forward to future return trips!

What a wonderful house-absolutely beautiful. Everything was so clean and very nicely furnished. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen fabulous! My favorite was the pool and hot tub-clean and tons of fun. We were sorry to leave it-thanks for everything!

This was a fantastic house for our November trip to Florida. It was very close to all the Disney parks, the game room kept the kids busy as did the pool. It felt like being at home and we were sad to leave.
