Why the Owner Chose Tempe
My 3 units are centrally located in the East Valley. I also live in the area, so I don't say this without experience. Getting to ASU, downtown Tempe, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Jct, Paradise Valley, all in 10-20 minutes makes this one of the most central Arizona locations.
