We had a great time and the house was exceptional. It filled our needs and we felt right at home. Very spacious. We had guests over and ran out of gas for the grill and the owner was there within 10 minutes with a new tank for us. That was exceptional customer service. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Tempe area.

Just finished our stay here for the 2011 Ironman Arizona. House was great! Very clean, very nice. Lots of couches to relax on. Home was close enough to the venue that it made it easy getting back and forth. Dan was a great landlord and very easy to get a hold of if needed. Will look to stay here again if I do that event in the future.

We spent five days in Tempe last week, and this vrbo house made our vacation perfect! We actually prepared Thanksgiving dinner there and we were able to comfortably seat our group of six plus 3 visitors who live in Tempe! It was superb! We really liked that there were so many sliding glass doors that led to the back yard/putting green. It was so relaxing to sit on the lawn chairs in the shade and just gab while we listened to the birds. My husband thought it was refreshing to eat fresh oranges from the tree in the back yard! The picture of the exterior of the house from the street gives you no indication how nice the home is on the inside! The house was large, comfortable, well-supplied with bedding and kitchen stuff. Dan is the perfect vrbo landlord. He answers emails quickly. We will definitely try to rent this house again!

We had a fantastic experience staying here. We rented two houses from Dan and he was a fantastic help. Before arriving he was very kind answering all my questions about the area. Upon arrival he made sure we had everything we needed. He even brought us extra large serving plates (since we were planning a party) from his own house for us to use and fresh tomatoes from his garden! The house is very well maintained. It is VERY clean. It is well stocked with everything that you could hope for. But it is the little touches that really set Dan's properties apart. For example, every light switch in the house is labeled, no guessing as to what it will turn on or trying every switch. The location of this house is great. It is in a quiet neighborhood but in a very short drive you can reach the shops, restaurants, highways, and ASU. It is also very helpful to have two beautiful rental properties in an easy short walk apart. Our group went between the two house frequently and were very happy with the arrangement. If I find myself back in Tempe I will definitely rent from Dan again. Really wonderful properties and helpful landlord!!!!

Beautiful home... we were in town to support our best friend and my former team mate as he was coaching the East/West All-Star College Football Championship Game at Sun Devil Stadium. Made a long weekend out of it, and other than the game itself, the highlight was the ambiance and comfort of this wonderful home-away-from-home.

My family and I used this location over the Christmas holiday and it was great. Easy access to shopping, food...everything we needed. The home was decoarted for the holidays which really made us feel even more at home. Very well kept ho,e and yard. Able to swat a few balls or sip a glass of wine in the yard while I cooked dinner The owner was courteous and friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Would highly recommend to others.

Our family has done an quite a bit of traveling over the years for work reasons or to do some fishing, sunning, or watch our beloved Hawkeye football team. In doing so we've experienced many types of accommodations. So when we find a location as nice as this condo it earns a card in our file of fabulous places to stay! This condo was very clean and well maintained. The pictures shown here in the listing also accurately reflect the home's appearance. In addition, the home included washing facilities that I did not see in the photos. Everything in the home was well labeled and organized. One item that we found extremely helpful was a local map hanging on the wall that highlighted many common necessities such as near-by grocery stores, post office and restaurants. This was definitely appreciated since we were not familiar with the area. The owners thought of everything right down to a discount card made available for grocery shopping! The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood yet with close access to main highways. So with us coming from small-town-Iowa we didn't have any problems finding our way around. On this particular stay we were in town for the Fiesta Bowl played in the Sun Devils Stadium which was an easy 10-15 minute drive from the condo. We felt very safe and extremely comfortable here and would most definitely recommend this condo to our friends and relatives! A local restaurant that I would highly suggest you visit is The Melting Pot! It has great atmosphere AND food with a fun twist out of the ordinary!
