I'm glad to tell you we looked at all the available condos on the island and this was the premium. This two and half bath, fifteen hundred fifty sq. ft. Penthouse has lots of room, its on the top floor with thirty foot of view of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world, from inside the condo "million dollar view". Beautifully decorated with granite counter top, new appliances ,Large master bedroom area with large garden tub and separate shower also dressing area.
Guest bedroom with full bath and shower. Large living room, dining area with washer dryer.
New flat screen TV's with DVD's, also a large balcony for a party or just a quite romantic night overlooking the gulf and sunset.

The benefits we enjoy at our beach home are we are close to some if the finest seafood you can eat, we are close to all the things a person can think of to do on vacation ,we enjoy the beautiful sunset, a stroll on the beach, a swim in the beautiful turquoise water or just setting on the balcony listening to the waves come in.
