A truly stunning view of the landmark "Proposal Rock" in the beautiful & quaint village of Neskowin..this property is hidden away on a hilltop to the east of 101 yet just a few minutes drive to the Village and miles of sandy beaches. The large and lavish home of 2600 sq. ft. is cozy & comfortable for two or can easily accommodate up to 9 with ease.
Features 3 bedrooms plus a loft area over the living room with great ocean views and features a queen bed, 3 bathrooms with 2 of the bedrooms on the main floor. The living room has a real rock gas fireplace to warm up when needed. Large dining table will accommodate all your guests. A cozy kitchen nook with ocean views all the way up the coast to Pacific City and the "Haystack Rock" offers a special place for relaxed meals and is perfect for everyone. Could also be the perfect place to work on a puzzle or project during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped including Bosch dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker & espresso coffee machine, commercial type waffle maker, blender, really everything you might need. The downstairs is a private & very large space with 3 "super single beds", its own bathroom/shower, separate laundry room with full sized washer/dryer and small fridge and microwave. The is a two car garage available during your stay plus easy and convenient outdoor parking for up to 5 additional cars. (The driveway is not recommended for trailers or RV's)

I've been a real estate broker since the early 70's and have found that properties with great ocean views always thrill those that have an the experience of enjoying the setting. This property would normally not been in the normal "rental pool." Our family purchased this property in 2005, had it professionally decorated by a very talented woman, Kalima Ishaya. We added Italian leather furniture in the living room.

This is an ideal vacation rental house with ocean views from every room, large deck facing the ocean, perfect for BBQ's and relaxing, with easy access throughout the house. The famous Proposal Rock, which defines and identifies the beach area in Neskowin, is in perfect view from the house. and has views all the way up the coast the the neighboring town of Pacific City. The surrounding views are forests and the property is just 3 minutes by car to the beaches..The location is quiet and serene above and away from the highway..the ocean waves are the main sounds you will hear..In the Village you will find the wonderful, "Hawk Creek Cafe" which is open for all three meals and features great brick oven pizzas. There is also a Marketplace convenience store for the quick solution to things you might need. Lincoln City to the south is a close 10 minute drive as is Pacific City to the north.
