Get away to this peaceful retreat within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort – our 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit is conveniently located in a quiet corner with direct view of the Links Golf Course and lake.
The unit is spacious with an open floor plan located on the second floor. You can see the golf course and lake from the living area, master bedroom, and two balconies. The comfortable living room is great for curling up with a good book, or catching up on some TV - (Hopefully not too much as there is much to do on the resort!) Off the living room is the balcony offering a front row seat for watching the great shots on the course and for enjoying the nature around the lake. The kitchen is updated offering everything you need for your stay including modern appliances. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a quick snack or a full dinner with family and friends.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a full bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping quarters if needed.
The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, three championship golf courses, over 30 restaurants, daily live entertainment, fishing, biking, tennis, spas, numerous shops and much more.

Amenities: Two TV's, DVD, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels).

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
