Why the Owner Chose Gondola Village
The reason we chose to buy here is that is a 5 minute walk from the base of the #1 Ski Resort in North America - Whistler! Having worked and lived in Whistler for the past 10 years, we wanted to have the opportunity to share the fun loving Whistler lifestyle with others. We love living and playing here in the mountains, on the lakes and trails. There is always something to do and plenty of ways to relax.

This is a great area of town, close to the lakes in the summer, trails, and of course - the powder on the hill in the winter! Other amenities nearby include: grocery store, restaurants, pubs, shopping, bus stops, lakes, trails, gas station, coffee shops and liquor store. You are only 2 hours from the Vancouver airport. The Sea to Sky highway up to Whistler has recently completed a 1 Billion dollar upgrade, making for a smooth ride on up.
