The location of this condo was perfect. Just steps about from the lifts. It was in the heart of Vail Village--walking distance to every think and the condo was exactly as described. It was good for the 3 of us. The management was quick to answer all questions. The property was clean and appears just as the photos show. I would recommend this property to anyone that is going to Vail and want a perfect location. The only down side was the cable situation or lack there of--after going out for dinner in the village and skiing all day it would have been nice to get caught up on days events and the channel selections were not enough--10(with 1 being a cartoon and 1 being C-span and 1 being a foreign channel) Who doesn't have ESPN or CNN for cable selections. That does not constituent cable!! I would stay there again but would hope that the cable situation improves.

We have been coming to Vail for several years. Each year, my wife and I make it a point to make our first trip before Christmas. This year, we felt like we struck gold with this wonderful condo. The decor is both unique and exquisite. Friends visited and could not stop talking about the touches— from the hand painted cabinets and doors to the detailed carved trim, to the hand carved bed. It was a never ending feast for the eye. And, it is so convenient to everything. Up in the morning and out to Loaded Joe's for espresso and latte, about a block away. For lunch, you can walk across the street to Sweet Basil or to Up the Creek— two of the finest restaurants in Vail. A block away finds you shopping at Gorsuch, and the Vista Bahn is just up the street. We found ourselves becoming 'city' people in just a few short days. Oh— and Kate and Gene are just fantastic to work with. We had a problem of our own making, and they were back to us in 30 minutes with help, advice, and best of all, a great solution. Stay here, you won't regret it! One last note— while there were just the two of us, the upstairs loft has wonderful arrangements for sleeping, with a very nice bath and 4 built-in large and comfortable bunk beds, plus another twin bed.

Our family loved this fantastic condomium. It is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of six. The location allowed us to walk everywhere. We never used our car. We loved our stay and plan to return. It is a piece of heaven

Next time we visit Vail we know where to stay. Everything was fantastic: The location was perfect in Vail Village and we walked everywhere, even in the snow. The decor was like no other condo we ever stayed. Very unique European. Gene and Kate very friendly and answered all of our questions. Would gladly recommend to anyone.

Thank you for a great time in Vail. We really enjoyed the condo and the great atmosphere of Vail. The decorating style of the condo is very cozy. I can only image the winter scene with the fireplace burning. We are not skiers, but I think I can talk my husband into spending another week in Vail. Maybe in January. Thank you for everything

We are a family of five that are currently staying in this condo. I honestly do not have enough nice things to say about the property. It is beautiful, well appointed with many unique accents, clean and the location could not be better. We walk or ride our bikes everywhere. The grill on the balcony is so nice with the spectacular mountain views. Even though it is 900 sf it feels much bigger, with plenty of storage. The master bedroom downstairs, along with four queen beds and a twin upstairs has given our family plenty of room and space. The kids also love having a flat screen tv upstairs. Gene and Kate cannot be more accomodating and kind. We have loved it so much that we are extending our stay! I highly recommend this beautiful condo and know that you will be so pleased with this property!

We just returned from a short stay in Vail. This condo is incredible! We have three teens, and there was plenty of room for us to be comfortable. All of the beds, even the bunks, were extremely comfortable. The pictures are very accurate - this is a beautiful place to stay. We have rented many condos in and out of the country, and this is one of the few we really hope to return to. Gene and Kate were extremely helpful. Thanks very much!

This place was all we hoped for and more. The pictures (which haven't been updated since the unit was updated) don't show all its amenities such as the hand hammered, copper kitchen sink, or the high end appliances, or the balcony where we breakfasted each morning overlooking the pedestrian mall. Gene/Kate were totally helpful and concerned that we enjoy our stay, and we did! Two notes: Unlike the rest of the unit, bathrooms have not been redone. They are fine, just not at the level of the rest of the place. Also, summertime guests who sleep with windows open may find the early AM noise of Vail Village a bit jarring. Starting 6-7 AM service trucks and workers bustle down the pedestrian mall prepping for the day. Not a problem when we were rising early to hike or bike but noticeable on the days we were lazy. Probably not an issue in winter. In summary, a great place for a good value. We would definitely return to this rental and have already recommended it to friends. Thanks Gene and Kate!

This rental was everything that Gene promised. Great snow on Vail coupled with the great location to the mountain made for quick access. With the great location, we were able to be one of the first few people on the lift every morning without having to race out of bed to do it! It was also great to get off the mountain to grab some apres' action and only be minutes from the condo. This place, along with great snow, made our annual ski trip the best one yet.
