Our time in your stunning home could not have been more perfect. Everything was in wonderful condition...so many amenities...spacious, hence, perfect for our group of 16 adults and 2 kids, yet still a very welcoming, "homey" feeling. Surrounded by some trees made for a cozy enclosure...many of us enjoyed sitting on the back patio as we read and relaxed. Perfect time away of refreshing for our team!! Thank you so much!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Our large family group usually spend a week together on the Norther Oregon Coast each year. This house was the best we have ever stayed in! Our group included 4 children, 2 babies, 3 couples and 2 elderly single adults, thus a total of 14! We were able to all comfortably fit in this great house, cook amazing meals in the gourmet kitchen and entertain and contain the children in the great entertainment area downstairs. There are 4 full baths and a gorgeous master suite. The house is close to wonderful restaurants and shopping and a short distance to the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

What a great house for our retreat. Plenty of space in this clean, updated house for the management team. Nine of us spent most of our time in the kitchen and sitting around the dining table. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking utensils you could ask for. I had been looking at many different properties along the Oregon Coast for our retreat. I definitely made the correct choice. Working with the property owner couldn't have been easier. Thank you for sharing your house, it was a very pleasurable stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Pictures do not do this home justice. It is absolutely beautiful. Was perfect for our family function, we had 50 people for dinner and we were not crowed at all. The kitchen is awesome and the master tub was great for soaking in after busy days. The handicap features were perfect for elderly parent. If ever a need to return to Gearhart we would not hesitate to stay at this home again.Recommended for: People with disabilities.

This family friendly BEAUTIFUL beach home is one that we look forward to returning to each year. We have stayed here 3 years in a row and just booked year number 4. The house is clean and in impeccable condition. It is has a fabulous gourmet kitchen that makes meal preparation for a large group a breeze. We look forward to our bike rides to the cafe, short walk to the beach and the peace and serenity on the deck. It is our favorite house after renting in Gearhart for 15 years.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Each year we (2 foster homes) for people with disabilities) take our residents on an annual trip. We typically search for homes that are handicap accessible. Over the last 7 years of making these trips this was by far the best home we have stayed in. This 3 level house is an extremely nice house and very accessible for people with disabilities. The elevator made it easy to access the entire house, including bedrooms and bathroom/shower that are wheelchair accessible. Thus allowing the clients and us to enjoy the vacation and the house without worry on how we or they would get up and down the stairs. The house has an amazing view of the river nearby and is within a 5 minute drive to the beach. Vehicle access to drive onto the beach is nearby in Gearhart. We will definitely be looking to stay here again and would highly recommend this house for people who are looking for handicap accessible housing as well as for anyone looking for a nice house to stay with plenty of room.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.
