The Collwood Condominium is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is direct top floor Gulf front! It is a non-smoking condo, generously furnished with one king in master and two queen-size beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom and the living room open onto the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico; the second bedroom also overlooks the Gulf.
The tile and carpets have recently been replaced, and the unit has been freshly painted and decorated. New sliding glass doors and windows have also been installed. The stove, fridge and washer dryer have been recently replaced. The condo is approximately 1200 square feet. Located on the top floor, the north and south view of the beach is spectacular, as well as the Gulf directly west! Enjoy the sun, sand, surf, and awesome sunsets!
