Adorable beachfront house right on the Gulf of Mexico built in 2009. Spectacular views from the Master Bedroom and Family Room. Enjoy watching pelicans, seagulls, herons, egrets and even dolphins from the couch. Fully-equipped kitchen with seating for seven at the custom bar and dining table. Two bedrooms with sleeping for five. Two full bathrooms with showers, one off the Master Bedroom. A perfect retreat for families with children.
The "downstairs" area is our favorite part of the house. Only steps from the water, the constant shore breeze keeps it cool. Shade, lots of seating, a barbeque pit and the sound of the Gulf makes it the perfect place to relax southern style.
If you are feeling active, there are sit-on kayaks to paddle around and beach volleyball. The house sits on the only natural beach on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, so long walks are a must. With only a handful of homes on 2.5 miles of private beach, it's always quiet and never crowded.
For the sportsman, there is daytime surf fishing and nighttime floundering and trout fishing. There is a 230' lighted fishing pier directly in front of the house that offers not only good fishing but great sunsets. The trout fishing under the lights can be excellent at high tide. We can even arrange for one of the local charter boat captains to pick you up right at the house. The house looks at Horn Island, a local favorite fishing spot for redfish and speckled trout. For the golfer in the family, our area offers many courses within a short drive.
This charming house is 20 minutes from Biloxi's casinos and 15 minutes from downtown Ocean Springs. There you can stroll oak-lined streets, shopping for local art and pottery. The town offers dozens of dining options like local fresh seafood, upscale gourmet, and down home comfort food just the way you like it.
Anyway you look at it, the MS gulf coast is a great vacation destination. Come on down for a visit and you'll be back again and again. Southern hospitality at it's finest! We look forward to seeing ya'll real soon.
