Play in this doll house in the jungle. Located in a small, secure community of Cocoa Hill with 4 homes located on over 6 acres lushly landscaped with huge trees and heliconias. The home is ideally situated far enough from Cocles village to enjoy the tranquility of the rain forest with its birds and wildlife, but close enough so that a 5 min walk brings you the Internet, restaurants, grocery store and the beach. From the house you have a view of the entire property, with its giant 'grandfather" trees.
Cocles is a small village 3 km s.e. of Puerto Viejo, so if its crazy night life and/or an incredibly diverse assortment of great restaurants that appeals , you're only a 10 min drive or taxi ride into town. The house itself is 2 storey brand spanking new, with a total of 1400 sq. ft., two bedrooms and a full bath up, and one bath down. There's a fully equipped kitchen and a delightful place to lounge in our hammock on the front veranda.

The Unique Benefits at this Home
I purchased the property because, for me, the location was ideal. At the time I didn't have a car, and found that I could go anywhere I needed either on foot or on my mountain bike - I'm a short walk from a couple of wonderful restaurants, a great little grocery store and several beaches - who could ask for more?

Several years ago, friends from my area in Florida took me down for a visit, they had a home there, and I absolutely fell in love with Cocles. I've been a Realtor on a small Gulf-Coast resort island for many years, and this part of Costa Rica always gives me a sense of adventure and surprise. You cant really describe the feeling of peace and relaxation that hits you until you arrive.
