we live in st martin since many years and i make this investment because i think that saint-martin is the best place to go in vacation. a little part of france at 2 hours from miami 3hours and half from NYC, boston charlotte.....

very relaxing place offering a lot of amenities. and the most safe place in saint martin at 5 mn from the restaurant of grand case (capital of the french gastronomie),and 5mn from orient bay the little st tropez, also 15mn from marigot and philipsburg.
