The sugar shack serves sandwiches and drinks on the beach for your enjoyment. All parking is covered and security guards are on duty. This unit is on the second floor directly across from the elevator.

My husband and I stayed in this unit August 15-19. It is exactly as described. View is beautiful!! Appliances are nice, look fairly new. Sugar Beach is an older property but this unit has been renovated. Other parts of the complex (hallway, elevator) definitely show their age but that wasn't an issue with us. Just a short drive from Gulf Shores/Orange Beach restaurants and attractions. The Sugar Shack located on the property is convenient for drinks, candy, etc. I would recommend this unit for couples.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed in this condo with our 3 year old and 10 month old. Enough space for all of us. Condo VERY nicely renovated- smooth ceilings, tiled floors, large shower, comfy king size bed, beautiful appliances!! Unbelievable deal for an ocean view room. I recommend this condo highly to anyone; family, single, or couple. There is no central air but it is not needed; the window ac unit works fabulously and cools all parts of studio.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Stayed in this unit in the Spring of 2011. It was just great for my wife and I. It is remodeled with a beautiful bathroom and shower. The view from the balcony is a sight to behold, espically at sunset. The kitchen is new with granite counter tops. Plan on staying an extra night you will enjoy it.
