The condo is very spacious for entertaining and has recently been renovated with mostly new furnishings and new appliances, including washer/dryer. Private balcony overlooking gulf/beach. Non-smoking. No pets. Excellent restaurants and many activities for adults and children.
There are two (2) elevators and carts for easy access and transportation when arriving and departing. Two parking spaces are provided per leased unit at $15.00 per vehicle. Security guard on premises at all times.
The awesome indoor/outdoor pool faces the gulf side. The pool is heated and well lighted. Great entertainment and fun for any event. The pool is encased in a white picket fence for security with a shower and walkway leading to and from the beach. Charcoal grills available on the grounds.
Prime location in the heart of Orange Beach. Just a short walk or drive to restaraunts, shopping and live entertainment.

This condo was absolutely amazing, well worth the money. It felt just like home, and Ms.Gloria (condo owner) was so easy to rent from.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
