The villa offers over 3500 square feet of living area, comprising 6 large bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, consisting of one family bathroom, three en-suite bathrooms and a pool bathroom. The property can comfortably sleep 14.
The formal area of the house offers a display of the finest quality, whilst the family room, lounge, dining area and huge kitchen with breakfast bar/island offer contemporary bright and elegant functionality.
We have developed the pool area to offer one of the largest pool decks on the development, with ample lounging and recreational space. The pool has been custom designed and built, to include a central feature raised hot tub and spa, together with water sprinkler features and green planters.
Being at the boundary of the exclusive community known as “The Retreat”, the rear of the property enjoys views from the pool deck reaching far across a banked plateau with conservation woodland adjoining this scenery and reaching far out of sight.

Why the Owner Chose Legacy Park
I chose Florida, and particularly Legacy Park for its seclusion and for the size and beauty of the homes built there. This home is the largest style on the community and it is not a gated community so it offers a quiet residential feel rather than a busy resort. Disney is just 10 minutes drive so after a long day at the parks, it's nice to come back and soak in the tub overlooking the conservation and Woodlands at the boundary of the development.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Sand View has a fantastic feel of grandeur and open space. All the rooms are very spacious and the ground floor has a very open plan feel to it, with the rear family area stretching to approximately 45 ft from kitchen to lounge. We are at the boundary of the development and the pool is not overlooked but offers lovely conservation views from the pool deck. The pool and hot tub are custom designed, the villa has many upgrades and the furnishings are the best and most elegant available, with a stunning 4 poster bed to master and fantastic furniture and fittings throughout.
