  Stayed Dec 3-10, 2011. The Condo was beautiful with all the amenities you need. The view was outstanding. A great place to come back and kick back after a day of exploration. The Leeward Beach was comfortable and calm at all times. It is a nice spot to start the day, the sun is in perfect position. And at night to moon is very romantic. The location of the Leeward was perfect. Driving is a breeze on the island and the Leeward was a 5 minute drive to the main Grace Bay resort cluster. The food on the island was excellent. I Have never come across any other island in which I have not had a bad meal. Provo food is outstanding. You must visit Fresh, a local bakery which also serves food (after 5pm all pasteries are 1/2 price). Las Brisas, beautiful view and great food, Mango Reef and Thai Orchid both excellent choices. Everything was fresh. To cook at the Condo-visit the Fish market for the catch of the day and they always have fresh Lobster. I would and already have suggested the Leeward resort to all our friends.

  We rented this unit the week of December 2-9, 2011. It was beautiful and everything as shown in the pictures and then some. Everything met our expectations, the unit, the property, and the beautiful water and beaches. Such a relaxing vacation. The water and beaches are breathtaking. If you're looking for a relaxing time, this is the place. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. Also, we cannot say enough good things about Donn, the property manager. He met us in the parking lot with our key cards in hand when we first pulled into the parking lot. From the moment we arrived Donn made sure our time in TCI was special. He guided us on where to eat, what beaches to see and where to shop for groceries. He was awesome. The free rental car was such a plus so we could explore the entire island. Also, the cell phone that was included helped streamline maing reservations for meals.

• Gorgeous and Relaxing

  What a fabulous place. Everything was wonderful, from the free rental car, that allows you to explore, to the gorgeous rooms with an unforgettable view. When we arrived we were met by Donn the manager who greeted us with this big smile and immediately we felt at home. He was so helpful and accomodating. This place is very relaxing and quiet . Sometimes we were the only one on the beach. No restaurant or pool bar though which was fine by us. We enjoyed the solitude. I did hear that they were reopening later in the year though. We explored the island and found our favorite beach that we went to twice. It's on Taylor Bay. Very shallow water and like bath water- gorgeous. Love this island from the friendly people to the gorgeous beaches. We'll be back!! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!!

  We were alittle leary on renting a condo since we are 5* all inclusive vacationers. It truly is a peice of heaven. What you see is what you get. There were days we had the beach all to yourself. The people at the front desk were always helpful, expectialy with the kitchen appliances, little tricky but everything was all high end. No bug, no gekos in the room. Never ran out off hot water, the bed supper confortable. Being a beach waker, the car came in handy, find a sign public beach and off you go. The grocery story is just a few minutes away and is very clean with a variety to choose from. Restaurnts are all within the vasinity. I had no complaints at all. It was the best vacation we ever had. If you live hectik lives like we do this is the place to go. The pool and the beach is cleaned every day and he sings while cleaning. I even saw a dolphin. The own is very helpful with any qustions you may have before you go. Words can't say how beautiful it was and we will definately be back.

  I will be honest, when we were searching for a place to stay in Turks and Caico, I was very skeptical of Leeward Resort because of the reduced cost. I actually called the owner and asked what was wrong with the property....had it not been remodeled, was it in a bad location??? What I have to say, is that Leeward Resort is a little piece of heaven. The condos are not only what they seem in the pictures, but more. Granite counter tops, beautiful views, a private beach, and incredible custome service. Many individuals choose to stay at a more commercialized resort on Turks and Caico which is a good choice, but I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Leeward. Leeward Resort is at the tip of the island with incredible views and a private beach. When you are ready, you can hop in your rental car and drive 5 minutes (literally) into to town where there are quite a few of our favorite places to eat: Danny Buoy's (try their Philly Cheesesteak), Yoshi's Sushi or go further down the road to Hemingway's, Tiki Hut, the Shark Bite or Somewhere Bar (all of our favorites). My fiancee and I (we became engaged while staying at Leeward) and now going back for our honeymoon and we can't wait!!!
