Nestled privately in the mountains, overlooking C Lazy U Ranch and Willow Creek, this spacious 6 BR/5 BA home is the ideal location for your next family reunion, holiday getaway, small wedding or corporate/church retreat. Our year round vacation rental home is close to all the activities Grand County, Colorado has to offer and has spectacular mountain views.
Ideal for large groups, this 3500 sq. ft. home offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 17 guests. There are 3 separate living levels for increased privacy and space. With bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas on each level of this spacious home, you'll have no problems achieving the perfect balance of separate togetherness. There are several outdoor decks and a balcony, where you can enjoy taking in the breathtaking, Colorado mountain views.
The main floor has an oversized, fully equip, gourmet kitchen. A perfect place for gathering and preparing meals together, it includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, three sinks and two large pantries. The deck located off the kitchen offers spectacular mountain views, a large gas BBQ grill and seating area for outdoor dining. This floor also hosts the dining room with gas fireplace, living room with wood burning fireplace, laundry room, hall bath and master bedroom. The master bedroom, beautifully furnished, has a king size bed with attached bath, TV with DVD player, a deck with panoramic mountain views and a large walk in closet.
Upstairs, guests will enjoy privacy and space that includes three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft area and covered balcony. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and attached bathroom, bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has a set of twin bunk beds with access to the balcony. The loft has four-person high top table with chairs, TV, a twin sleeper sofa and access to the balcony.
The downstairs is perfect for guests wanting separate space, as it can be closed off from the main floor. With a large recreation room including, two bunk rooms and full bathroom, this level is also ideal to be used as the kid’s area. Each bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds- 8 twin beds total. The recreation area has a gas fireplace, large screen TV and DVD player. There is a two car, attached garage and plenty of parking for additional cars in the driveway.
In the winter, experience the thrill of downhill skiing at one of the close by, local resorts: Winter Park/Mary Jane or Sol Vista Basin. Enjoy the mountain scenery while cross-country skiing at Snow Mountain Ranch, Devil's Thumb Ranch, or in Grand Lake. Snowmobile tours, sleigh rides, dog sled rides, Fraser tubing hill and many more activities will keep you entertained during your stay. Take an evening and relax at the Hot Sulfur Springs after a hard day of playing.
During the summer, you will find your vacation home just minutes from endless summer fun. See Colorado's natural wonders while hiking Rocky Mountain National Park, boating on Lake Granby and Grand Lake, horseback riding at Shadow Mountain Ranch, playing golf at four world class golf courses, downhill biking at Sol Vista Bike Park, whitewater rafting Clear Creek and riding ATVs.
