Our 3 nights at Chilestay apartments was the perfect introduction to Santiago. The booking process was effortless with quick replies from Jill and a secure booking facility. The location is great, a safe neighbourhood within walking distance to central town, to the supermarket, to the metro and to restaurants. The apartment itself was bigger than expected and comfortably met our needs. The people are friendly - Carolina at the front desk went out of her way to help with booking taxis and orientating us. Gloria is the recommended tour guide, and whilst we opted to go at it on our own, she was wonderful and forthcoming with her advice and travel tips. Chilestay is a good value-for-money place to make your base should you be in the city by the Andes.

We thought the apartment was great!! Our feedback is as follows: - clean and comfortable rooms - excellent set-up for self catering with well appointed kitchen - the lady on the front desk was lovely! She was great and helped us out with taxis, baggage storage etc - great location - central and relatively quiet - would definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Santiago - would also recommend Las Vacas Gordas to people staying at ChileStay - a fantastic restaurant with a great menu, excellent prices and the staff were really friendly - and so close to the apartment If we ever venture back to Santiago we will be staying at ChileStay again! Being able to book an apartment in Santiago through the internet made my life much easier and my moving experience a smooth one. It was difficult to find decent accommodation within an affordable price before arriving in Santiago. ChileStay was a great option! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything that was needed to make my stay pleasant. It is in an excellent location, close to the city centre, a metro station and lots of shops and places to eat. The building staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. I would recommend ChileStay to anyone looking for temporary accommodation in Santiago. It is good value.

Jill - Hi! Happy Tuesday and we hope that everything is well in Santiago! Thank you for everything you did for us at ChileStay Apartments. Our two times there were both excellent. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and very well furnished; and your location is perfect for getting around in the city, whether by walking or using the metro. We were able to really enjoy Santiago and have a very nice apartment to come home to at night. We could not have been happier and look forward to staying with you again on our next visit to Chile. We live on a small Caribbean island, called Saba; it is only five square miles in size with about 1800 people living on it. The island is a dormant volcano with four small villages and beautiful sub-tropical rain forests; it is part of the Netherlands Antilles and is about 30 miles south of Sint Maarten and 160 miles southeast of Puerto Rico. Jill, The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Your accommodation rocks (very "Pottery Barn" and cute)! The secure building, the friendliness and helpfulness of the concierge, the location. We delighted in walking across the crosswalk to the supermarket and cooking our own meals. And the coffee pot and real coffee, we discovered later in our trip, were an exception and not the rule! I would highly recommend your place to anyone (and will). We found Santiago very accessible, the Metro easy to master, and the people very open and helpful.
