2500 square foot two story home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first floor has a two-story entrance, with an open and inviting floor plan-- an office, living room with gas fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy relaxing in the living room on comfortable recliners, watching TV, listening to music or just enjoying the scenery. Use the deck during the summer for barbecuing and enjoying outdoor meals.
The second floor has three bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The master bedroom is very large and has a gas fireplace, a beautiful mountain view and its own deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 3 beds, including a set of bunk beds and a separate twin bed.
House is furnished in the rustic and comfortable style of Sun Valley, with lots of hand crafted wooden pieces. The house backs up to open space. there are beautiful mountain views from numerous windows along the top floor--a peaceful view and a peaceful environment.
The fabulous bike/walking paths of Sun Valley pass right outside our front door, as does the free local bus. Outside our sliding glass door to the back deck are tennis courts, and a large swimming pool (with lifeguards) is approximately a 2-minute walk. Both ski areas, Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain, are a 5-10 minute drive, also accessible on the free bus.
You can ice skate on a spectacular outdoor rink at the Sun Valley Lodge all year long, and attend ice shows featuring some of the best ice skaters in the world. Sun Valley has a brand new outdoor pavilion which serves as the venue for fabulous free symphony concerts every August. Sun Valley has world class downhill and cross country skiing, hiking, mountain and road biking, ice skating, fishing, and so much more. It is truly an outdoor paradise, spectacularly beautiful in both winter and summer.

Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley
We fell in love with Sun Valley on our first trip there with our children in 2000. In fact, we fell in love with the house we rented, which turned out to be two doors from the house we ultimately bought. This is a place we knew our children would want to visit often, and they do. There is so much to do if you want to do it, and it is also just a great place to relax. We find it peaceful and scenic, and have always been struck by the friendliness of the local merchants and the variety of restaurants and activities available.
