2 large bedrooms; master bedroom has queen bed, walk-in closet & large master bathroom; 2nd bedroom has double bed. Laminate flooring throughout with ceramic tile in the kitchen. Washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, electric and water are included (no telephone, bring cell phones) .
Avon park is in central Florida in Highlands county 50 miles south of I-4 on US 27; 70 miles to Disney World or either coast beaches.
$1,500 per month + security deposit, state & local tax. First, last and $1,500 sec deposit due in advance.
Available January through December – 3 month minimum from January through April.
No pets; no smoking – sorry, garage not included with rental.
