With approx. 1100 sf. in this townhome style condo, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Vaulted ceilings in the living/kitchen/dining area are a wonderful accent to make your surroundings seem even bigger!
Everything is conveniently located on the elevated main level, and the private attached 1 car garage is on the ground floor.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. The guest room has a Captain's bunk, which is a Double bed on the bottom-Twin bed on top. The second bath is located just outside this room in the hall.
There are two common area hot tubs, which are always a special treat after a long day of Summit County recreation.
