Whether you hike, bike, ski, or cross-country, this condo offers fantastic access to everything Summit County has to offer at a price that won't kill your budget for your mountain playtime.
Two common area hot tubs provide a special treat after a long day of Summit County recreation.
Approximately 1000sq ft., there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Vaulted ceilings in the living/kitchen/dining area are a wonderful accent, warm paint colors throughout, big puffy furniture in the living room, and down comforters in the bedrooms will have you feeling right at home.
Everything is conveniently located on the elevated main level, and the private attached 1 car garage on the ground floor is a convenient and rare amenity.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached private bath. The guest room has a Captain's bunk, which is a Double bed on the bottom-Twin bed on top. The second bath is located just outside this room.

Perfect getaway place for my small group. Entry way thru the garage is a plus during the winter. Could not ask for a nicer place to vacation when away from home. I'll definitely be back soon! Thanks for the great memories.

This is the first time we stayed in this condo, and we were impressed right on our arrival. The wall decorations were very tasteful. The paint colors in the living room, dinning area and the master bedroom were very attractive. The condo was very adequate for our group of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenager girls. The location is reallly great. We skied at Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail and found it was very convienent to drive to those places.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a great condo to stay a week or two...paths to walk, scenery to enjoy, and of course, the accommodations are spacious, clean, and well kept with zero maintenance issues. The automatic garage door opening and entrance to the condo gives you a feeling of security. I'll be coming back again this summer.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

We had a great time here and it was actually in a good location. The owner/property manager are still relatively new to this process but they were very accommodating. It would've been nice to have internet so that we could get some work done, but we managed and I've been told that that's been set up since we left. All in, I would recommend this place to my friends. It's very well kept and the fireplace does a great job of warming the unit up. Everything was comfortable.

This condo is well maintained, clean and attractively decorated. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. In addition to being convenient for winter sports, it is near to bike, walking and hiking trails. One of our favorite activities is to just walk along the road where Swan's Nest is located, look at the mountains, and enjoy the the beautiful surroundings (summer, fall, winter or spring!) The golf course is close by, the grocery store is just a few minutes away and Breckenridge is a short ride away where the shopping is good! . We have stayed in this condo several times and plan on returning to it.

I have stayed in this condo several times over the past few years. It is not only very comfortable, it is located within minutes of Breckenridge, Frisco, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, among many other local attractions. I enjoy downhill skiing, boating, hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing. I have considered staying here my home away from home. Very clean, very comfortable, and very well maintained.
