Our remodeled home offers a great split floor plan and boasts travertine floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and upgraded appliances in the kitchen which includes a built-in wine refrigerator.
Features include a large sunny great room with plenty of seating space, high ceilings and large windows looking out to the patio/backyard, a breakfast nook and formal dining area with a gas fireplace. The master suite has all the amenities for comfort including a king-sized bed, a 50 inch TV, full master bath with twin sinks, oversized tub, granite counters and walk in shower and closet. The guest rooms have one queen-sized bed and the other with a full bed. There is additional sleeping in the queen sofa bed in the living room. The back yard offers a large covered patio with seating, BBQ grill and a putting green.
Grayhawk’s surroundings are beautifully landscaped with native desert foliage within which you'll find miles of hiking and biking trails that wind peacefully through the community. As a renter you are able to use the private amenities such as the over-size pool, wonderful tennis facilities, fitness center, bar and restaurant, and 18 hole golf course (green fees will apply).
