Escape to this beautiful 2400 square foot, single story home in the Raptor Community of Grayhawk in North Scottsdale. Our remodeled home offers a great split floor plan and boasts travertine floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and upgraded appliances in the kitchen which includes a built-in wine refrigerator.
Features include a large sunny great room with plenty of seating space, high ceilings and large windows looking out to the patio/backyard, a breakfast nook and formal dining area with a gas fireplace. The master suite has all the amenities for comfort including a king-sized bed, a 50 inch TV, full master bath with twin sinks, oversized tub, granite counters and walk in shower and closet. The guest rooms have one queen-sized bed and the other with a full bed. There is additional sleeping in the queen sofa bed in the living room. The back yard offers a large covered patio with seating, BBQ grill and a putting green.
Grayhawk’s surroundings are beautifully landscaped with native desert foliage within which you'll find miles of hiking and biking trails that wind peacefully through the community. As a renter you are able to use the private amenities such as the over-size pool, wonderful tennis facilities, bar and restaurant, and 18 hole golf course (green fees will apply).

We stayed at this location for a week in March/April 2010. We found the property clean and very nice. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the community pool was always vacant and available for us to use ourselves. It was easily within walking distance and was like having our own private pool. I'd definitely recommend this location for anyone and we hope to stay here again ourselves sometime. The house was well stocked with all the supplies that we expected -- paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. If I had to note any negatives, I'd need to dig pretty deep to find any. I guess the kitchen could have used some more storage containers for leftovers. One toilet ran all day long due to an issue that was resolved during our stay. If you stay here, I'd recommend trying the White Chocolate Grill restaurant about 3 miles away. AWESOME FOOD!! Look it up online.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
