Built in 2009! Brand new tower. Our condominium is on the 15th floor. This unit is larger than most at over 2000 square feet! It has amazing views of the ocean, the mountains, and downtown Puerto Vallarta. The deck overlooking the downtown and the ocean can be enjoyed while sitting in a two jacuzzi tub. Another deck overlooks the mountains and more of the city.
The Grand Venetian has three infinity pools. This beautiful new luxury resort is ideally located on the beach in the hotel zone. It is a few minute drive from Downtown or the Marina district. Both cabs and a very convenient public bus are available right next to the condo. It is within 10 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
An underground parking garage is available below the building. The entrance is monitored 24 hours a day for guest privacy. The condo has a kitchen, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, coffee maker, and toaster.
The bedrooms feature private bathrooms as well as queen size beds. Both have a deck off the back that overlooks the property and the mountains.
The front deck overlooking the ocean has two deck chairs and a table and chairs. This is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or watching the sunset while enjoying a drink.

Walking out onto the front balcony every morning with our cup of tea in hand we were treated to the magnificent view of the bay and greeted by schools of dolphins and marine birds. This condo was most definitely the place to stay to totally unwind and yet be close to all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer , especially with the buses and taxi services right at the main gate. The concerige at tower 2 was extremley helpful in all areas and Ana was easily contactable if need be. All the amenities in the condo made it so easy for us to just relax, and we loved the 2 balconies, one for sunset drinks ( margaritas) and the other for sunrise breakfasts. The outdoor restaurant down by the pools ( yes Pools plural)was very handy and has a wonderful fresh menu. Beach walks from the condo were so peaceful ( oh, and the condo is near a starbucks !!! yeah for me :-) Staying here at this Grand Venetian condo has certainly made us think about doing this trip annually. We higly recommend it.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We just got back from Puerto Vallarta and renting Ana's condo. We were very pleased with the whole process. We were met by the property managers Jared and Cindy upon arrival. The 2 bedroom condo was beautiful, and nicely decorated. A bonus was the third bathroom off the living area. Other benefits were the 24 hour security, and pool areas with grill. Ana was a pleasure to deal with and easily accessible by phone and email. We are definitely considering going back next year. Roger Tatum

Fabulous condo! Wonderful accomodations. Beautiful views. Excellent location on the beach. Friendly staff. Minutes from downtown. Walking distance to area shopping and banks. We have been to Puerto Vallarta several times, but this was our first time renting a condo. We were very pleased with the process and the owner and manager were both very pleasant to work with. We will deffinately be renting again next visit!
