Built in 2009! Brand new tower. Our condominium is on the 15th floor. It has amazing views of the ocean, the mountains, and downtown Puerto Vallarta. The deck overlooking the downtown and the ocean can be enjoyed while sitting in a two person bath. Another deck overlooks the mountains and more of the city.
The Grand Venetian has three infinity pools. This beautiful new luxury resort is ideally located on the beach in the hotel zone. It is a few minute drive from Downtown or the Marina district. Both cabs and a very convenient public bus are available right next to the condo. It is within 10 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
An underground parking garage is available below the building. The entrance is monitored 24 hours a day for guest privacy. The condo has a kitchen, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, coffee maker, and toaster.
The bedrooms feature private bathrooms as well as queen size beds. Both have a deck off the back that overlooks the property and the mountains.
The front deck overlooking the ocean has two deck chairs and a table and chairs. This is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or watching the sunset while enjoying a drink.
