Year Purchased: 1996
Jim was retiring from a career in mountain property and ranches. His kids asked, "Dad, you have been creating ranches for others when are you going to find one for our family?" That fall Jim discovered Rancho San Carlos and the dream of a ranch that is available for our family and yours started to come to life. With hundreds of days, months and years and work the ranch is now the vision of what Jim wanted to have and offer.
Why the Owner Chose Beulah
Rancho San Carlos is located an hour from Colorado Springs with no mountain passes to go through. The year-round climate is ideal for Colorado and the altitude is similar to Colorado Springs (6,000).
