  Great place, very comfortable, very clean and in a very good position (very closed to Ocean drive and to the beach, ma in a quiet area!). Nice atmosphere, well equipped kitchen, great parking. The owners and the employees were very nice and kind.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  It was a great choice. Entire house was nice and clean and was well maintained. All of the attractions are just a few minutes by car. I would recommend this property.

  Nice stay. Affordable (for SoBe). Bonus that parking was included as it is at a minimum in this area. Enjoyed walking most places and ventured to Key West (rental car - 4 hour drive) one day. Well maintained and great location. Noise from other guests was a problem at times (walking above sounded like stomping), but you'll get that at most places you stay. Did not really care for the whole SoBe area......too many posers and WAY too expensive. Could have gone to Hawaii (and wish now that I had) for the same prices.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  I stayed 3 weeks there and had a great time.helpfull staff and very conveniently located,appartement is decorated with taste and very clean,probably going back there for my next stay in Miami

  Not just for where it is (near to everything... just 4 block away from the beach but at the same time in a really quiet block), for the apartments itself, confortables, tastilly decorated and with everything you need, but just for the people who run the place. Great treatment, always trying to help. Absolutly reccomended.

  The location was great. Blocks from Lincoln road, and Ocean Drive. Close but not too close where you can't sleep at night from the party noise. The satff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect for families, romantic escapes or simply relaxing. Highly recommended.

  It´s of the few times I´ve gone to a place that exceeds what I paid for. It´s your own apt. in the sweet spot of Miami Beach with the service of owners that want to prosper. Their concern are my needs, clean, good service and a "feel at home" environment. Aside, their located 3 blocks from the beach and a couple of more blocks from Lincoln Rd. A great place to stay..

  Very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to Ocean Drive and the beach. You have all you need in the immediate neighborhood. Make sure you find out where Wholefoods is; great supermarket. Place is nice, clean, sparsely decorated, but has all that you need. Contact with owner was friendly and easy.
