Our Luxurious Villa has 4,000 square feet of varnished walls, floors and 25 foot high ceilings of breathtaking indigenous woods surrounded by 38 large windows creating a 360 degree view onto the sights, sounds and aromas of the pristine rainforest and gardens. The 300 square foot balcony extends over the tree canopy offering an unsurpassed setting for weddings, photography and relaxing with family and friends.
Casa de Tranquilidad is situated on 15 acres of private property which are divided into 5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with large open spaces and 10 acres of wildlife reserve. The reserve includes a section of river island with walking trails that stretches 300 meters along the Sarapiqui River.
Mission Statement: We are committed to protecting the habitat which surrounds us by maintaining the reserve in its natural state. Located across the river from the Tirimbina Rainforest Center we are at the tip of a biological corridor that extends from the National Park Braulio Carrillo.
We believe that by protecting and providing additional habitat to the wildlife in this biological corridor we can do our part to increase their populations and sustainability.
We have extensive knowledge of the Sarapiqui River Valley Rainforest and are happy to provide you with personalized water and land adventures. Enjoy nearby world famous Waterfall Gardens with its 5 tier waterfall near Volcan Poas, also the Volcan Arenal, La Fortuna Lake, whitewater rafting, canopy zip lines, horseback riding, scenic drives, butterfly and heliconia gardens, and day or nighttime jungle tours.
