It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, The Adventure Cove Amusement Park is very close and some of the best golf courses in the country are nearby! The rental also includes access to the Player's Club which has an indoor swimming pool and great work out facilities.
This villa is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twins. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, cookware, table settings and utensils. Small appliances are also included! There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience along with a wet bar. The unit has new hardwood floors and includes a table and chairs on the balcony for enjoying the beautiful weather.
Fees include cleaning of the unit and all taxes. So come on down to Hilton Head and experience paradise!

We live in the Green Mountains of Vermont and cherish the area. However, being avid golfers, beach lovers and tennis players we needed the perfect location that would combine all of them year round. We went on a vacation to Hilton Head Island and immediately fell in love with the area. It had everything we wanted and even more.
