The property is located in a quiet, safe street. The second floor apartment's (10 steps outside) owner lives downstairs and is available for any emergency. Surrounded by shade trees, sharing fruit trees like oranges, grapefruits, star fruits, bananas, mangoes, and fresh vegetables in season, also lettuce, tomatoes, and flowers.
We have an award winning library, and the town has special events couple times a month. the river is 20 minutes walk and has a boat launch and access to the gulf. Highway 19 connects to all places of interest and different beaches from north to south and a toll road goes to the airport in 20 minutes and to all Tampa's points of interest.

I am active in a non-profit charitable organization, love gardening, exercising and reading. I prefer walking to driving so luckily I am walking distance to downtown.
Why the Owner Chose New Port Richey
When I decided to move to Florida (weather) I looked for an affordable place not in a gated community, since gardening is my passion, and affordable. I found my home and it had a second floor that was ideal to change into a vacation or 'snow bird' rental. I have my favorite beaches, shopping places, and lots of restaurants on all levels. I live here year round.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
I stay here year round and love the heat. I go a lot to the beach, I love museums like the Ringling Museum and exploring different locations on the coastline. Since I'm not sports oriented I don't golf or boat or do any water sports, that are available to everyone, just enjoy myself. It's also close enough to the airport, convenient for my visitors.
