Gorgeous home in Pestigious Chetola in Historic downtown Blowing Rock, NC. Fully upgraded custom home with exceptional furnishings. Chetola amenities include onsite Spa, indoor pool, exercise facility, yoga classes, sauna, fishing, paddling, onsite Manor house restuarant! Enjoy peaceful memories sitting on the deck overlooking a beautiful lake setting. (3 bedrooms: 2 kings, 1 Queen and 2 twin mattress for overflow.)
There is a fireplace in the photo, but we do not offer the use of the fireplace. We offer so many other amenities that people hardly miss this. I just want to clarify so there is no confusion upon arrival. We have a candelabra in the inset to set the ambiance. But being that this is a newer home with white carpet and cream furniture we chose never to use or offer the fireplace. We do not like the residual after smell of a wood burning fireplace. So the fireplace is not an option.

NON PEAK Special: $750 wknds/3 nights or $1000 week (all inclusive) 2-4 occupants
July, Aug weekly rentals only...$1900/week (all inclusive) (July 4th week $2500)
Christmas, New Years: $2500/week (all inclusive)
Memorial wknd special: Friday/Sat/Sunday $1200 total, incl all fees/taxes.
Thanksgiving special $1200 for 3 nights all inclusive.
*Because of our GREAT rates, payment in full is required to reserve home.
$250 security deposit required, not deposited but returned within 2 days departure

Fun in the snow!!!

We live near the beach, but needed a change of scenery. My family spent a weekend in this gorgeous condo in January, and were so excited to see the snow. It was beautiful, and my kids and grand daughter had a ball playing in it!! The condo was fully equipped and we were very comfortable, and it was convenient to downtown Blowing Rock and to the other shops on the parkway. The owners were extremely gracious and helpful. We didn't have enough time to enjoy all the many amenities but hope we can go back sometime soon! I would highly recommend this property!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
