The building was remodeled last year to include a community meeting/card room with kitchen, TV, sauna, and exercise room. It's a great place to socialize with other residents.

This part of Florida is close to the ocean gulf stream which provides tropical weather all year long. The most beautiful time of year being the winter months where temperatures are warm and humidity is low.

People are friendly and welcoming. There are only 4 apartments per floor in the building so you don't hear your neighbors. The view is spectacular and we love the beach.
