Enjoy beautiful sunrises in this bright and lovely ocean front condo with 2 large bedrooms, each with their own bath. Walk out the back door onto a beautiful, wide, white sand beach with the Caribbean -like ocean. Enjoy sunsets from the sound front dock and gazebo.
The comfortable living room with 47" LCD TV, faces the ocean with direct access to the ocean beach. The living room has lots of seating with queen and twin sofa beds for extra sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom suite with balcony, queen bed and full bath overlooks the ocean and includes a separate office and den complete with queen futon and television. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and full bath. Great eat-in kitchen with outdoor covered deck. Half bath on the living room and kitchen level.Private laundry room, washer and dryer, with storage space for surfboards, kayaks, umbrellas, etc. Hot water outside shower for rinsing off after a day spent on the beach!
The sound front marina, boat dock, gazebo and beach add to the experience. Moor up to a 28' boat in the boat slip. Fishing from the community dock and swimming from the sound front beach while watching the beautiful sunsets are ideal activities for youth and adults.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the ocean breezes, waking up to fabulous sunrises and watching sunsets. We love to sail, fish, surf and kayak on the ocean and sound. The sandy beaches on the ocean and the sound are wonderful and clean. Having access to both the ocean and sound make our condo unique.
Owner's Map of Wrightsville Beach
My husband and I live in Wilmington, about 20 minutes from our Lumina Club condo. We enjoy many activities Wrightsville Beach and historic Wilmington have to offer. Sailing, kayaking, surfing, fishing, clamming and swimming are all very accessible. We have a booming arts community, extensive historic district and many wonderful restaurants. It's a lot of fun to live here! Pictured here are Karen and Arthur. Our cat loves to kayak!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo over Thanksgiving break, and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking into going to Wrightsville Beach. We live in Charlotte and have vacationed all up and down the NC and SC coast and this is the best place we have stayed yet! The location is perfect (it's right on the beach), and the condo is very nice and spacious. We felt at home the minute we walked in and didn't want to leave when it was time to come home. We definitely hope to vacation to this spot again soon.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We were 2 moms each with a couple of kids and just needed a place to stay while we visited our UNC-W students. The condo is right on the beach and an easy drive to campus. It is well equipped with kitchen supplies and beach gear. This condo has a very cool layout. We never felt we were bumping into each other. There is a nice living room where we all gathered for the evening and a separate TV room for the littler kids if they wanted to watch something else. A great place for a family or friends!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children.
