The comfortable living room with 47" LCD TV, faces the ocean with direct access to the ocean beach. The living room has lots of seating with queen and twin sofa beds for extra sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom suite with balcony, queen bed and full bath overlooks the ocean and includes a separate office and den complete with queen futon and television. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and full bath. Great eat-in kitchen with outdoor covered deck. Half bath on the living room and kitchen level.Private laundry room, washer and dryer, with storage space for surfboards, kayaks, umbrellas, etc. Hot water outside shower for rinsing off after a day spent on the beach!
The sound front marina, boat dock, gazebo and beach add to the experience. Moor up to a 28' boat in the boat slip. Fishing from the community dock and swimming from the sound front beach while watching the beautiful sunsets are ideal activities for youth and adults.

We love the ocean breezes, waking up to fabulous sunrises and watching sunsets. We love to sail, fish, surf and kayak on the ocean and sound. The sandy beaches on the ocean and the sound are wonderful and clean. Having access to both the ocean and sound make our condo unique.
Owner's Map of Wrightsville Beach
My husband and I live in Wilmington, about 20 minutes from Lumina Club condo. We enjoy many activities Wrightsville Beach and historic Wilmington have to offer. Sailing, kayaking, surfing, fishing, clamming and swimming are all very accessible. We have a booming arts community, extensive historic district and many wonderful restaurants. It's a lot of fun to live here!
