Ocean Forest is a unique area of Myrtle Beach. Centrally located on the ten acre site of the former Ocean Forest luxury Hotel, this area has the best beach area of the whole city! From E-204 you have a beautiful ocean side view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the private second story balcony. A short, less than one minute walk across Ocean Boulevard, gets you to the fabulous beach. Enjoy golfing and shopping at their best in nearby locations. A grocery store is conveniently located near the condo.
Since Ocean Forest Villas are only three stories tall, this is a very uncrowded, quiet part of the beach. The 48 units in the building are privately owned, and many of the owners live on-site. Any age group will love the area. So enjoy your stay! I think you'll find you'll want to return--as I have for the past 12years!

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Forest Villas
I purchased my condo because it's centrally located, and I love beach activities. It's very relaxing. My favorite activity is to read on the beach or on my deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. I can watch the dolphins or search the beach in front of my condo for unique shells and even some shark teeth. A variety of activities such as walking on the beach, golfing, biking, or parasailing are easily available. I love to swim --so often use the pool and heated jacuzzi.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
My condo is located on 2nd floor of a three story building. It's a very safe and clean, meticulously landscaped location. A heated jacuzzi is located in back of the building, and a bike and jogging path are located at the front, right across the street next to the ocean.

Spent several days at the condo with friends and had a wonderful time. It is just across the street from the private beach so we had lots of beach time and found lots of shells. From the deck you can see and hear the ocean, very relaxing. We did not make it to the pool but did enjoy the large jacuzzi. The people in the complex we ran into were very friendly. The condo was clean and comfortable and it's in a great location, close to everything. I can't wait to go back!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Had a lovely stay with several friends in April 2011. Your condo is in a great location, just across the street from the ocean, which made it so easy to spend time on the beach. The condo decorations and furnishings made it as comfortable as home. We even ran into some neighbors and they were very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi too! If others are there on a day that happens to be rainy, I would recommend going to Broadway on the Beach or checking out one of the Tanger Outlet shopping malls where we found some great bargains. It was a very relaxing vacation and I collected many sea shells to bring home and remember my trip by. I would definitely be happy to stay in your condo the next time I go to Myrtle Beach.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean and cozy. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. We saved so much money by using the full kitchen to cook breakfast in the mornings. The condo was in a very peaceful part of Myrtle Beach but only a short drive down Ocean Blvd. to the strip. The location was great and the people were friendly. We will definitely stay here when we visit again.

We spent a week at this property in July '09 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach wasn't crowded like the big high rise resorts further down along the beach. Both the property and the beach were clean, and the condo was decorated nicely. It had a good view of the beach and ocean, even though it was across the street from the beach. We found lots of interesting shells, relaxed on the beach, and played in the water. It was a good location for venturing out to other parts of the Myrtle Beach area. Easy in and out access. Had a great time and would definately return for another vacation!

Stayed here a week in August. The beach was wonderful! Found lots of interesting things on the beach including a burrfish, sea horse, and shells. The condo was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Thanks for a great vacation!
