Our Florida home is furnished with very personal pieces of art and various period pieces. The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen area features an entertainment center with high def flat screen TV, Bose stereo, and I Pod docking station. Gas cook top with more than ample cooking utensils. Weber gas BBQ on delightful patio next to pool. Charcoal Weber available as well for the purists. Pool features heater and its own fountain with French doors from main house and cabana. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bath. Very comfortable den on second floor with wireless, printer, desk and reading chair. Inflatable mattress available for this room as over flow sleeping area. All bedrooms and den have televisions.
Separate cabana is the 3rd bedroom with its own bath. All floors in the lower level are travertine and upstairs is hardwood. Solid 8' doors, crown moulding and Venetian plaster. Sensible color palate. Large 2 car garage at rear adjacent to church parking lot. If you are familiar with Naples, you know that this location is in the heart of everything. The quietest street in Old Naples as 2nd Ave gets no through traffic from Tamiami. Two fat tire beach bikes included, additional rental bikes available close by.
Our property is a wonderful place for Thanksgiving and the balance of the holiday season. While a 30 day lease is required, special consideration will be given for a family wanting to take advantage of this time of the year. January thru April rental available at standard rates and considerations.
