My family and I just stayed for one week and enjoyed the condo very much. It was very clean and comfortable for 4 people. Great view of the beach, especially from the upstairs patio. Very easy access to beach. Didn't eat at the restaurant but some family members thought the food was good and reasonable for Miami Beach hotel prices. Having a kitchen made it great for breakfasts & lunches. Good restaurants walking distance.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

The apartment is good, couple of minutes to the public beach which is very busy right opposite the condo. If you walk to the right or left a bit it is much better. The view from the master bedroom is on the pool first than comes the ocean. Nevermind the pool which is busy all the time it's quiet in the room. Walgreens and Publix (grocery store) are very close to the place. One can have a 10-15 min drive to reach south beach using public bus or taxi. Wifi is available not only at the hall but also in the condo. We are a family of 5 and stayed in the condo for 5 days in June 2011. We are very satisfied with our stay even though the check-in was not smooth as the condo was not ready. But this issue was easily solved with Kelly and Ashley. Also our late check-out was agreed easily. Kelly and Ashley are very good to deal with! I would definitely recommend staying at this condo.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We rented this condo from May 14 - 21, 2011 and loved every minute of it. Kelly was wonderful to work with and even worked with me on a late check out the last day. The condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The pool was awesome and right outside our door. I definately recommend renting this unit and working with Kelly!!
