Everything you need for a relaxing getaway or family vacation. Our spacious villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cookware and accessories you need for great home cooked meals. The living area and attached screened porch have vaulted ceilings and plenty of room for family activities or just relaxing to watch a little TV or for viewing the natural beauty of the tidal marsh and the local wildlife. The queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping if required. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private full bath and a porch facing the tidal marsh and creek. The guest bedroom has twin beds and also has a private full bath. Both bedrooms have televisions. Wireless internet and local phone service is provided.
Seabrook Island is a private gated resort community that offers everything you are looking for to have a relaxing and/or event filled vacation. Our villa is located in a secluded part of the island and rests on the very edge of the tidal marsh and creek where you can enjoy the natural beauty or watch the wildlife roam and play in their natural environment; the beach and ocean are just over the dunes and you can enjoy listening to the sound of the surf. We are adjacent to the community crabbing dock where you can catch crab, fish or maybe watch the dolphins when they come in to feed. The community boat ramp is also adjacent; so bring your canoe, kayak or small boat for a view of the wetlands that can only be appreciated from the water. Creek Watch has a private pool just a few steps away and the new Seabrook Island Community Center is just a short drive or bike ride. Seabrook Islands beautiful private beach is just over the tidal marsh and dunes and is accessible from boardwalks located a short bike ride away.
Beyond the privacy and seclusion of Seabrook Island, the immediate area offers everything expected in a resort community. Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina (see links) are located just outside the security gate and offer great shopping, dining and activities for the whole family. Kiawah Island (a couple miles) offers additional activities and shopping, dining opportunities and don’t forget the city of Charleston which is one of the top rated destinations in the country. Whether you are looking for golf, tennis, horseback riding at the equestrian center, boating/fishing, or other activities, you will find them readily available.
