Brand new chalet style rental within walking distance to all Tahoe has to offer. Walk to the Lake, the Heavenly Gondola, Stateline, supermarket, shopping, dining, cinema and entertainment.
The Eagles Nest is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, with large carport and fenced-in yard. The Eagles Nest is very kid friendly as we have a large loft area with 6 single beds. Each room features a TV and DVD player or VCR. We also provide a Sony Playstation with games.
Bedding consists of:
3 queen beds and 6 single beds.
Leave your car at the house. The Eagles nest is located just down the street from Lake Tahoe and the Heavenly Gondola. No need to all load up in the car to head to the ski resort. Everybody can be on their own schedule. You can also walk to several restaurants, the cinema, ice rink, shopping area and Raleys supermarket. There are many ski and bike rental shops near the home. We are also on the free shuttle route and bike path.
Make yourself at home next to our gas fireplace in the living room. The Eagles Nest also features a large table and dining area for your family. Ski/board lessons, discount lift tickets, and other Lake Tahoe activities can be provided upon request.

Winter Rates 09/10: $250 per night, $150 cleaning fee and 10% city tax
Two night minimum stay required, non-holiday
Special: 7 night stay for a flat rate of $1500
Thankgiving 09: 3 night minimum stay for flat rate of $1000
C-Mas 09: 5 night minimum stay for flat rate of $1500
New Years 09/10: 7 night minimum stay for flat rate of $3500
Summer rates are negotiable

The Unique Benefits at this Chalet
When I come to my house in Lake Tahoe I have everything I need within walking distance. I can walk down to the Heavenly Gondola to go skiing/boarding. I can walk to Lake Tahoe for swimming, boating and sun bathing. I am also just down the street from numerous restaurants and a large supermarket. At night I can go to the casinos, bars and nightclubs and walk home after late night fun!
