Inside, the master bedroom is so large, you can jog around the perimeter and the master bath is grand. The living room is well appointed and there is a dining room and a separate, more informal dining area next to the very large kitchen. There is also a second bedroom with another full bath.
Oh, and the screened porch looks out to the mountains and the manicured golf course with comfortable, really comfortable furniture, including table and chairs. And you will love the beautiful and large mesquite tree just outside, which provides shade and has beautiful yellow flowers in the spring.

The small desert town of Borrego Springs has a performing arts center, wonderful restaurants, shopping at local stores, golf, tennis, off-road adventures and more. To top it off it is surrounded by the awesome 650,000 acre Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. The views of the surrounding mountains and badlands are breathtaking.
