Heritage Bay is a golfer's dream come true. Player's of all levels can challenge themselves with unlimited golf on this 27 hole championship course designed by Gordon Lewis and Paul Azinger. The Club House is spectacular, featuring casual or fine dining, a billiard's room, meeting rooms, a card room, sauna and of course a fully stocked pro shop for all your golf needs. The aqua driving range provides all the tools to work on that perfect swing.
If tennis is more your sport, 7 Soft-Surface Lit Courts are available for your enjoyment. Heritage Bay also has a fully equipped exercise and aerobic's room. If you decide to relax and unwind, a resort-style pool with a Chikee Hut also awaits you. If you prefer to stay closer to home, a satellite pool is conveniently located right across from our building.
This is a 24 hr gated community with walking and biking trails throughout the property.
Our brand new two bedroom condo is now in it's final stages of construction. This open concept design, offers beautiful views of the water and golf course from the kitchen bay window and the screened-in Lanai. The kitchen has granite counter tops with new stainless steel GE appliances. We will be decorating the condo in the next few weeks and plan on providing you with all the comforts of home.

Year Purchased: 2009
My husband and I fell in love with Heritage Bay the moment we arrived. Being from Toronto, Canada and knowing we can play unlimited golf in the winter as well as enjoy all the amenities this community has to offer, made our decision easy. We liked the idea of being able to drive to Naples once we retire and are able to stay at the property for longer periods of time. When we mentioned to some of our close friends about Heritage Bay and all it had to offer, they too were impressed and ended up buying condos in the same building.
Why the Owner Chose Heritage Bay
We decided on the Naples area for many reasons. The warmer weather, proximity to the beaches and the beautiful downtown Naples Fifth Avenue atmosphere. We had vacationed many times in Florida and decided we preferred to be on the Gulf side of the State.
