We are only 3 blocks from the beach and downtown restaurants and shops. Yet, our neighborhood is very private and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. At the end of our street is a playground and Silver Lake - great for the kids.
The house is only 4 years old and in mint condition. The two master bedrooms have marble showers and baths. One master is on the first floor, the other is on the second level. There is a sunroom off the kitchen leading to a patio and deck and very well landscaped yard.
The house is over 3500 sq.ft. and all the rooms are large, bright and airy.
Two queen-size sofa beds provide extra sleeping accommodations for 4 more persons for a total of 18.
