  Honestly, the pictures do not do this home justice. This is a beautifully maintained home, with meticulous attention to detail. It was very well thought out in its design and has a practical, but beautiful presentation. It possesses every amenity a home away from home should have. The kitchen/family/dining room all flow together, allowing for everyone to easily gather in one area for eating and relaxing. It was a convenient walk to beach, town, and Jolly Trolley stop. We spent a girls weekend here, but would recommend it to ANYONE, ranging from couples to families of all ages. Thank you to the owner for a wonderful experience in Rehoboth Beach. We wish we could have stayed longer!

  Wanted to let you know we enjoyed a wonderful week over Thanksgiving at your beautiful home in Rehoboth. Our family has been gathering at the beach for Thanksgiving for the last twelve years (the first nine at the Outer Banks, near where we live in Edenton, NC) and this was by far the most delightful accommodation in that time...so well appointed, beautifully decorated and furnished, conveniently located, wonderfullly stocked, etc. It was a treat indeed. Three generations ages 6 to 95 enjoyed it all and look forward to a repeat performance.

  Recently enjoyed a weekend with friends at this wonderful home in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The house was beautiful, clean, and well designed to accommodate very large groups. The location of this home was also fantastic ... a short walk to the main street (Rehoboth Avenue) and the beach. I hope to come again in the future.

  Great house...we were an extended family of 16, 8 adults and 8 kids and it was a perfect fit with 4 full bathrooms for each individual family and just the right mix of king, queen and twin beds. Separate HVAC on each floor was terrific. The house is generously stocked with everything you need...in the kitchen as well as pillows, blankets and more. Our kids ranged from 3 years old to 13 and nobody complained about the walk to the beach...an easy schlep! And also nice is the fact that the tot lot is half a block away. I enjoyed morning runs finishing up at the Starbucks on Rehoboth Ave. for coffee and then the perfect "cool-down" walk home. Don't hesitate to rent this house!

  Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your Rehoboth retreat. It couldn't have been more perfect. Just walking through the front door was breathtaking. You forgot nothing. Great kitchen, bedrooms were private with there own tvs. The ages that enjoyed the week were from 13 months to 83 years. Getting together as a family is often difficult when we came from the west coast, east coast, southern Florida and the mid-west. This venue as our gathering place, made our reunion (family wedding) perfect and brought a life long family memory that we all will cherish.

  16 people ranging in age from 12 to 90 stayed in this beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice! It was perfect, with the first floor master for my older parents (no steps needed) and the older kids could stay on the 3rd floor with no worries of being too loud. There is lots of space, between all the sun decks, living room and indoor sunroom, to spread out and have different activities and conversations going on, but still plenty of room for everyone to gather at the same time for meals or a game. Best stocked kitchen I have every rented - pots, pans, bowls, spices, etc. The owner was so easy to work with, and provided clear documents before arriving on how to use everything in the house. The house is really convenient to the beach, boardwalk and shopping/dining on Rehoboth Ave. We would absolutely recommend and rent again.

  Eleven women of all ages stayed at Roger's beautiful home in Rehoboth for a long weekend. I have rented at least 20 homes over the years through various websites and this home was truly the best. The pictures do not do it justice and we were all surprised at how large all of the rooms were, even the ones with the twin beds had plenty of space for all of our clothes + storage. And the 2 master bedrooms were gorgeous with ensuite bathrooms. Roger paid attention to every detail. The decor was out of a magazine down to the tiniest detail including stocked bookcases and artwork that we all admired. I am a caterer by profession and am usually disappointed by the kitchen and its amenities....NOT this time. The kitchen had everything we needed including two coffee pots. Roger has thought of it all. The house was spotless which we all really appreciated and made sure that we treated it as our own. Anyone who puts that much love and dedication into his property deserves to have it treated with respect. We intend to go back again and again, together for a reunion and with our respective families. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It is more than 5 stars; it is a perfect 10!

  This house is better in person than in the pictures. It's perfectly laid out for larger groups with plenty of space to gather. Large bedrooms made it a comfortable stay and working with the owner of the house was pleasant and hassle free. We would certainly rent again. I highly recommend.

  Once a year my girlfriends and I go away for a shopping weekend. This year we decided to try a new location, Rehoboth, as well as staying in a home rather than a hotel. I came across this house and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful......There was plenty of room for all of us with some room to spare. The outlets were minutes away and a great time was had by all. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home!

  We've stayed here twice and loved it. It's beautifully furnished and has a large open floorplan downstairs with a very well equipped deluxe kitchen. It's perfect for our large group - 5 bedrooms for couples plus 2 rooms with single beds (solarium has a foldout bed, but we didn't need it). Very well maintained. Downtown Rehobeth, the ocean, a neighborhood park, and great restaurants as well as the usual beach fare are in easy walking distance. Also, a nearby state park provides sandy trails and birdwatching.
