We are only 3 blocks from the beach and downtown restaurants and shops. Yet, our neighborhood is very private and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. At the end of our street is a playground and Silver Lake - great for the kids.
The house is only 7 years old and in mint condition. The two master bedrooms have marble showers and baths. One master is on the first floor, the other is on the second level. There is a sunroom off the kitchen leading to a patio and deck and very well landscaped yard.
The house is over 3500 sq.ft. and all the rooms are large, bright and airy.
Two queen-size sofa beds provide extra sleeping accommodations for 4 more persons for a total of 18.

This a wonderful area for family and friends with lots of fun-filled activities for kids and grown-ups alike. Rehoboth Beach is 1 square mile in area, making it a very walkable town. In addition to the beaches, national shore park, and restaurants, there are 3 Tanger Outlets in the area, meeting most, if not all, of your needs.

Once a year my girlfriends and I go away for a shopping weekend. This year we decided to try a new location, Rehoboth, as well as staying in a home rather than a hotel. I came across this house and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful......There was plenty of room for all of us with some room to spare. The outlets were minutes away and a great time was had by all. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home!

We've stayed here twice and loved it. It's beautifully furnished and has a large open floorplan downstairs with a very well equipped deluxe kitchen. It's perfect for our large group - 5 bedrooms for couples plus 2 rooms with single beds (solarium has a foldout bed, but we didn't need it). Very well maintained. Downtown Rehobeth, the ocean, a neighborhood park, and great restaurants as well as the usual beach fare are in easy walking distance. Also, a nearby state park provides sandy trails and birdwatching.

We stayed here with a few other couples and their children. It was gorgeous, spacious, and cleaner than any rental we have ever been in! It had every ammenity we needed to have a great reunion based around a lovely home - sometimes that is hard to find with children. The owner was wonderful to work with and he goes out of his way to make the stay EASY and COMFORTABLE! Little things like stocking TP and tissues, spices, cleaning supplies were so helpful and not found in most rentals. Great location near a park with playground, lake and easy walk to the beach and boardwalk (and Dogfish Brewery). WE LOVED IT!!! Thanks for sharing your HOME!!

We really enjoyed our stay over the last weekend. Your house is lovely and the layout worked great for us. I would not be at all surprised if you find us as repeat renters, or if members of our group book the house for other gatherings
