Luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. This unit is beautifully furnished and has direct patio access from the living room and 3 bedrooms, all with an ocean view. All 4 bedrooms have HD LCD TV's. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a large private master bath and large walk-in closets. 2 guest bedrooms also have king size beds with large walk-in closets. 4th guest bedroom has 2 twin bed with space for setting up an additional inflatable queen size bed. Living/dining room have newly installed hardwood flooring. The living room has an electric fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Unit is also equipped with a crib, high-chair and toys, extra bedding and beach towels.

We were a family of 10 total. We had 5 17 year old boys 2 12 year old girls and 1 21 year old girl. The accomadation were wonderful. A beautiful functioning kitchen. Room for all to gather for meals together. Enough room that everyone had space, but close enough to enjoy everyone. The beach was excellent. The workout facility keep the boys occupied along with the pool table. The girls loved the pool and hot tub. And we loved that we could have time together and still keep on eye on them. The balcony view was great. We were close enough to visit the lighthouse and have lunch at the north turn restaurant on the beach, plenty of old nascar history. Ursula and Steve are wonderful, very accomadating without smothering you. Thanks for a wonderful vacationing.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family has vacationed in many different cities in Florida for 30 years. The is our favorite condo - ever. We all loved it! It is very modern, secure, great pool & fitness center. The rooms are so spacious, flat screen TV's in every room, and very comfortable beds. Ursula & Steve were great - from the condo rental to welcoming us. This luxury condo was affordable & we could rent it weekly. We will definitely come again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family has just returned from a wonderful week at this condo in Daytona Beach Shores, FL. Ursula and Steve were a pleasure to work with before and during our stay. They always made themselves available to answers questions. This condo provides everything that is needed for a relaxing stay at the ocean. Amazing accomodations, a beautful building, and easy access to the beach...what more could you ask for when it comes to a vacation? This condo was beautiful. My brother and his wife upon arrival said, "we are going to be vacationing like rock stars!" It was super spacious and allowed for group gatherings or private time. There was so much thought put into this condo, everything we could have needed was there. The furniture was comfortable, linens luxorious, and kitchen was very well equipped. We found some excellent restaurants, and the beach in front of the condo was one of the nicest we have visited. Ursula was so helpful and easy to work with, and Steve greeted our group upon arrival and gave a nice tour of the facility. We would definitely stay here again when in Daytona. I could go on, and on but I'm running out of space.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful and beautiful place. The pictures do not do the condo justice. Every inch of the space was magnificent, The decor, kitchen accessories, bedding and VIEW were top of the line. We loved our week at Ocean VIstas and will visit again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great stay at this condo. The pictures do not do this place justice. We have a large family and the condo was very spacious. The owners have eqipped this place with everything you could think of from a crib and high chairs and toys for the younger ones to any kind of utensil in the kitchen. We will be booking it again next year. This was our third year in Daytona and this was by far the best place we have stayed at. We can't wait to go back. The condo was great! decorated beautiful. The king sized beds were very comfortable. Great view. The condo is much nicer than the pictures. Very clean and well maintained.
