Location, location, location! Private, spacious, light-filled, immaculate garden apartment with partial lake view, in a renovated 1920's Craftsman home. 5 minutes walk to Green Lake where eagles sore and great blue herons fish! Enjoy swimming and boating or walk, run or bike the 3 mile trail around the lake. Downtown Seattle is just 10 minutes drive and the apartment is 5 minutes walk from 2 bus lines that service downtown. Seattle Zoo is a 10 minute walk and the beaches of Puget Sound are close by. Seattle is a city of neighborhoods with unique shops, galleries, coffee houses and restaurants. 3 of the most charming are walking distance including Fremont(15 mins), Wallingford (10 mins) and Phinney Ridge (5 minutes). The University of Washington is a 15 minute drive and easily reached by bus.
The apartment has a private entrance and patio. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, down comforter and high count linens. The spacious living room has a queen size futon and a privacy screen. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, should you prefer to dine in. There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. The large garden patio has lounging chairs, dining table and a propane grill.
