The westerner stretch of the Amalfi Coast, located between Amalfi and Positano, is characterized by wonderful natural inlets, continually kissed by the sea.
The Conca dei Marini's bay, ancient fisherman village framed by the rock and by the houses suspended on the sea, is one of the most beautiful and renowned coast resort. Completely overlooking the sea and the unrivalled beauty bay, The Villa lies in its magic essence.
The splendid Villa, directly reachable from the main road SS 163 through a path of 100/200 stairs, disposes of four independent accesses:
• Access n.1 (about 200 stairs): from the SS 163 94 stairs lead to the gate that gives access to the property. Other 107 steps lead to the Villa's entrance;
• Access n. 2 (about 100 stairs): from the SS 163 28 stairs lead to the gate that gives access to the property. From the gate a path of 38 stairs through the gardens of the villa + 35 stairs lead to the Villa's entrance. This access makes it possible to reach the space reserved to the freight elevator;
• Access n.3 (about 150 stairs): from the SS 163 a path of about 150 stairs leads to the gate situated on the intermediate level of the villa;
• Access n.4 (about 100 stairs): from the beach of Conca dei Marini about 50 stairs through the common road lead to the gate that gives access to the villa's lower level.
An extraordinary combination of amphora, garden sculptures and bougainvillea is the unique frame to the Villa, which boasts a habitable surface of about 250 square meters distributed on four levels.

The upper floor of the Villa consists of three levels and opens itself on a very panoramic, equipped terrace of about 70 square meters, provided of brickwork benches, wicker sofas and barbecue.

• Cooking corner (fridge, two electric stoves)
• Living room with balcony, double bed sofa, TV and wardrobes
• Double bedroom with balcony
• Shower bathroom.
The lower level of the Villa hosts a small equipped terrace with a studio apartment provided of double bed sofa, kitchen module (fridge, 2 electric stoves) and bathroom (shower, basin, toilet).
From the lower floor of the Villa it is possible to directly reach the sea through any stairs connecting with the common road leading to the beach. The Villa is surrounded by about 6.000 square meters of private garden provided of splendid paths with fence, several relax areas with benches, semi covered wellness area and natural grotto with sofa bed.
On the street level is available a parking area for one vehicle.
The Villa lies in a position to simply reach the sea and to dispose of several services. At about 50 meters from the Villa on the SS 163 is available the bus stop SITA.

The villa were even more beautiful than the pictures, the location was fantastic, the view like a dream and the host was really kind to us. The service have been outstanding, they helped us a lot and answered kindly to all our questions. Everything went according to the plan. I am very glad, that I ended up booking a property at this firm, it was a fantastic holiday and our first time in Italy was the dream we hoped for. We thank you 1000 times for your service and kindness. The service at the location was also floorless. The staff (Luca and Caterina) made us feel welcome and at home. They helped us when we needed help and were so kind at all times. Conca Dei Marini feels like our other home and we will surely return there for another holiday. There is a book by Patricia Schultz entitled "1,000 Places To See Before You Die" Villa Oriana has to be the 1001st place. The view is spectacular, the location is only a short bus ride to anywhere in the coast and the sea is at your doorstep. The villa itself is well laid out for a group of 8 so that those who want want to party can go for it and if anyone wishes a time out they can get away and be alone. The Nadia housekeeper is a jewel. We went away feeling totally pampered. The most difficult part of the trip having to come home. Our rating: OUTSTANDING Please feel free to email me. Ted
