This studio is located oceanfront on Ka'anapali Beach. Beautiful location and grounds at the newly built Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas North. Shared grounds with the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas. Very adult and kid friendly resort with awesome kid pool with pirate ship, adult-only pool, waterslide, etc. There are approx. 5 lagoon-style pools among the grounds of both resorts. Enjoy amenities between both resorts. BBQ oceanfront while watching the kids play in the nearby beach or swimming pool. We have stayed here and felt it was everything we purchased and more! We absolutely loved it! The week we are renting is in whale-watching season and you will be able to watch the whales breeching right from your lanai/balcony.
In the villa enjoy access to your own in-room washer & dryer. Kitchenette provided with full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Full set of cooking utensils and eating-ware provided. Soak in your jetted bathtub with separate huge shower. Granite countertops throughout villa with optimal electronics and plantation style furniture/decor.
The grounds of the resort are immaculate and beautiful. Enjoy koi ponds, on-site restaurants, and gym/health spa. We hope someone can appreciate this resort we call home every other year!

We love Maui, especially Ka'anapali beach area. After traveling to Maui three years in a row, we decided it would be more cost effective to buy a timeshare here. It has been a wise choice and investment.
