Hacienda Village is a well kept secret – a quiet, secluded oasis. This beautifully landscaped, gated community features two pools, and tennis courts. You are only 3 miles from Bonita Beach as well as many fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You may never want to leave!
The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, large dining and living room area, a lanai that faces north providing shade both morning and afternoon; and an attached 1-car garage. The community pool is in walking distance from the lanai and yet protected from view by landscaping. This is your home away from home.
The carpeted master bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser with mirror, a chest, ceiling fan and a private bathroom. The second carpeted, bedroom has 2 single beds, a dresser with a mirror, a second, smaller chest and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is accessible both from the guest bedroom and the hallway.
The foyer, kitchen and great room are all tiled. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a stove, refrigerator, ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. Between the kitchen and dining area is a counter with 2 barstools. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. The living room has a microfiber couch with matching loveseat, a leather recliner and ottoman, 2 lamps with light for reading, and a cable television with a DVD player. A ceiling fan is located in the center of the great room.
There is an attached one-car garage with an entry into the villa. The front door has a covered, screened entry.
A triple slider takes you from the great room to a large lanai with a table and 4 chairs for eating outside. There is also a smaller table and 2 chairs in the other corner. A shade is on the west side if needed in the evening. The lanai faces north, so it is quite comfortable both morning and evening. There are 2 fans that make the lanai even more comfortable.

Year Purchased: 2009
We are originally from Michigan but we love the sunshine, no snow and outdoor life of Florida. Now that we are retired we have time to pursue photography and digital art. We are both active in our local Art Center Camera Club. Ed does all of the portraits for the season plays and Carol teaches Photoshop Elements at a local art gallery. We both enjoy walking, biking, swimming and playing with our dogs. Carol enjoys kayaking the many beautiful, spring-fed rivers in our area.
Why the Owner Chose Hacienda Village
We live in a rural area of north-central (also called the Nature Coast) Florida. But one thing our area does not have is beaches. For 9 years we have been staying with friends and family in the Bonita Beach area during the holidays. We have watched this area blossom and have grown to enjoy the beach, amenities and cultural activities available in a more populated area. We decided last year to start looking for a place to buy in the Bonita Beach area. After looking at a lot of developments, we fell in love with charm and location of Hacienda Village. We purchased the villa to use both as a rental and as a second home for ourselves.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family Villa
What makes this villa special for us is that we can walk to restaurants and stores, as well as bike to the beach. One mile away is a trolley that will take you to Ft. Myers Beach for a minimal fee. There are so many wonderful restaurants to choose from that you may never want to cook again. The newest shopping center, Coconut Point, has both upscale stores, discount stores, as well as restaurants with outdoor seating. There are performances at the Philharmonic Theater in Naples, as well as theaters in Ft. Myers. The area also has kayaking and boating, as well as photography opportunities in nearby preserves and the Everglades. The area has something for everyone!!
